We answer in 13 seconds on average
WhatsApp in the evenings and at weekends too. A replacement device fast when you need one.
The interval begins. Every kiosk gets a queue in the same minute.
The buzzer ends the second period. Fifteen minutes, four thousand spectators stand up at once and every kiosk gets a queue. A week later the same hall hosts a trade fair, and exhibitors expect coffee at their stands at ten.
When the till slows down, the break ends before the queue does. The spectator goes back to their seat empty-handed, and the sale that didn't happen never comes back.
The same interval with Solmio. Payment goes through in seconds, a handheld sells in the aisles and the queue moves all through the break. At next week's fair, exhibitor catering has been ordered and paid online in advance, and the catering team sees which hall and stand each order goes to.
Queues keep moving
Fast payment and a clear till keep interval sales going, even when the break lasts only minutes.
Dozens of points, one view
Kiosks, restaurants and handhelds in one system. Prices change once, and sales show by point.
The venue changes, the till follows
A match today, a trade fair next week. Points open and close with each event, and even temporary staff learn the till straight away.

Sell where the crowd is
With a handheld you sell at the counter, in the queue or in the aisles of the stands. All sales land in the same report as the kiosks.

Exhibitor catering ordered in advance
Exhibitors order coffee and lunch for their stand and choose the hall and delivery time. Orders reach the catering team, and companies can pay on invoice.

Smart vouchers in advance
A digital eVoucher suits event perks and pre-sales. The buyer gets it by email, and one scan at the till is enough.

Reports without the receipt shuffle
After the match you see every point's sales without going through receipts. Catering sold on invoice is gathered into one invoice per customer.
In our customers' words
Our job is to keep events running. If the till stops the queue, the whole event stops.
The tills were really easy to use and hardly any problems came up, even with lots of users. And the ones that did were sorted out quickly.

Frequently asked questions
How do long interval queues get shorter?
Payment goes through in seconds and the till is clear, so the queue keeps moving even in a short break. Handhelds and self-service checkouts split the queue further.
Does an eVoucher replace paper coupons?
Yes. One QR code holds a value or products, and one scan at the till is enough.
How are many sales points managed?
Every point is in the same system. Products, prices and reports update from one place.
What if the network goes down mid-match?
We build the venue its own network with a second connection as backup. The terminals have SIM cards from different operators. You can also use two or three payment providers, so if one fails, another carries on.
Can exhibitors order catering in advance?
Yes. The company chooses the hall, stand and delivery time and pays by card or on invoice. Orders reach the catering team.
