Questions about pricing
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT.
Why is an additional till cheaper than the first?
Till software, reporting and support are priced per location. The first till is €59/month and each additional till at the same location €39/month. The device and payment terminal cost the same for every till.
Should I rent or buy the devices?
Renting includes replacement devices and, when needed, an upgrade to new devices, with no upfront investment. Bought devices are paid once, and the agreement has no fixed term. 36-month leasing is also available for some devices.
Does the agreement tie me in for a long time?
Rental packages have a 24-month term, after which the agreement continues with 3 months' notice. When you own the devices, there is no fixed term and the notice period is 3 months.
What does setup cost?
The setup fee is €100 plus €50 per till. Product setup and basic training by video call are included. On-site installation is quoted separately.
Can I keep my existing card payment agreement?
In most cases, yes. We work with the largest payment providers. We'll look at your situation together and see how your current agreement fits the till. If needed, we can also help you tender or switch payment processing.
Can I rent a till for one season only?
Yes. Solmio Go – Season and Solmio One – Season are made for temporary and seasonal sales.
