Does Solmio suit retail and service chains too?
Yes. The same system is used in restaurants, cafés, shops, service businesses and events. The chain's products, prices and reports are built once, and every location sells in its own way.
Where is the back office used from?
In a browser on any device. There is nothing to install.
Do price changes reach every till?
Yes. The change is made in one view, and it takes effect at every point of sale.
How do the figures reach accounting?
Reports update in the browser, and the figures can go to Netvisor, Procountor, Fennoa or a custom accounting integration without copying by hand.
How are users managed?
Users and access rights are managed centrally, and changes take effect straight away.
Does the contract tie the whole chain in for years?
Rental packages have a 24-month term, after which the agreement continues with 3 months' notice. When you own the devices, there is no fixed term and the notice period is 3 months.
