Solmio HQ provides comprehensive reporting tools for your company’s accounting and financial tracking. All sales, payment, and transaction data generated by the cash register system are automatically transferred to the cloud service, where they can be downloaded in a format suitable for your accountant.

With accounting reports, you get a clear overview of daily, weekly, or monthly sales – either for the entire company or by individual sales points. The reports include breakdowns by VAT rates, payment methods, and product groups, making it easy to analyze sales and reconcile bookkeeping.

All data is available in real time at hq.solmio.net.

These tools ensure your financial figures stay up to date and make reporting transparent both within the company and for your accountant.

How to retrieve the accounting report in the reporting service:

  1. Select Reports > Accounting Reports
Choose the desired sales points (hold Shift to select multiple or Ctrl for single selections) and select the desired date range.

2. The report compiles data at both Company and Sales Point levels.

3. At the bottom of the page, you can download the report in CSV format and open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice. CSV is a lightweight and compatible file format ideal for accounting and sales tracking.
💡 Tip: If Excel doesn’t display columns correctly, open the file by selecting Data → From Text/CSV.
