If the product butt on for the product to be sold is missing from the cash register's product table, sales
can still be made at the cash register, which can also be recorded in the correct product group if
necessary. The open product feature cannot be used to create products in the system, as it is a one -time
product sale.
• Select the three -line button in the upper right corner and select Add product and then Open product
to add a product to the receipt that has not been predetermined.
• You can name the product from the Desc ription section.
• If product groups have been created in the system, you can select the product group to which the
product belongs by pressing the already selected product group. This way, the product sale will be
recorded in the sales of the selected pro duct group. You can read more about adding product groups to
the system in section 3.3 Solmio HQ - Adding a Product Group.
• Select the applicable VAT rate if necessary.
• Select the price of the product to be sold. You can also make a negative sale by pre ssing the +/ - button
at the bottom.
• Select the quantity of the product to be sold from the Quantity section. You can also make the
quantity negative by pressing the minus key.
• Select Accept.
• If you want to cancel entering the open product, select Cancel.
