Automatic bank transfer
You can activate automatic transfers for your statements from the viva.com portal by selecting Accounts -> Details -> Payment options

Here is a list of reports available through your Viva.com account.

Our customers can access comprehensive reporting directly through their viva.com account. All reports can be downloaded from a user-friendly interface in either PDF or Excel format.

1. Sales settlement report

A daily report showing the previous day's invoiced sales, sources and amounts (including any instalments).

2. Monthly financial report

A report that summarises all the events on your viva.com account for the previous month. Available monthly, usually on the 5th-8th of the month. The different types of transactions (sales, business cards, expenses) are detailed in their own tables.

3. Summary of the business card

A monthly summary report of transactions made with employee or company cards. Includes transaction and value date, description, amount and balance.

4. Daily sales report 🆕

A report of sales transactions made for one selected day. Easily downloadable via the account management panel.

5. Monthly statement of account

A detailed statement of all transactions by account by month. Includes transaction date, details, amount, balance and cleared sales per day/scheme. Covers the two previous years.

6. Card expenses

A report that summarises the transactions made with employee cards. Can be retrieved for up to 30 days and downloaded in Excel format to facilitate reconciliation of expenses.
