The reduced VAT rate will change on 1 January 2026 from 14% to 13.5%.

Below is a brief summary of the impacts on the POS system:

• The new VAT rate is already available if there is a need to create products that will be sold only after 1 January 2026.
• The system will automatically update products currently using the 14% VAT rate to 13.5% on 1 January 2026.
• The old VAT rate will remain available in the system.
• Sales prices will not be updated automatically.
