Sunmi equipment system upgrade

We regularly update all our equipment to meet the latest features and safety standards.
Updates are done OTA (over the network) and are automatic, however if you need to update manually follow the instructions below:

  1. Close the Solmio app.
  2. On the desktop, open the Tools folder and select system update.
  3. The program shows the current device version and the latest one available.
  4. Start the installation (make sure the device is on the charger or the battery is full) and adjust the charging rate if necessary.
  5. After installation, restart the device.

Outside office hours, you can leave a message on the voicemail or fill in a support request form.
We also regularly check requests for support received outside office hours.

Most of the problems are solved by restarting the equipment.
