The Solmio table feature is part of the Solmio Restaurant programme. The feature has been created for restaurants and operators who need a way to maintain a customer spike.
Using the table feature:
Select the products that the customer has ordered and click on the payment method Tables. Then select New table and give the table a name.
You can create as many "seats" at the table as there are payers in the red square
Click to select the product(s) you want to add to the place you have created and then select Go to. If your table purchases are not yet paid, you can go back to the main view by clicking on the house icon.
You can add products to the table you have created, as long as the table is open. Select the products you want to add and choose the payment method Tables -> select the right table from the list -> click on the product you want to move to the right place and select Go to. You can go back to the main view by clicking on the House icon.
How to pay the table bill:
If the customer wants to pay for the products on the table, you can access the table by clicking on the three lines -> Table -> select the right table -> click on the products the customer wants to pay for -> select Pay at -> select payment method. You can leave the table open if more products are added to the table. If the customer does not order more, you can close the table. End Table button.
Outside office hours, you can leave a message on the voicemail or fill in a support request form. We also regularly check requests for support received outside office hours.
