Cash register and payment terminal not linked to each other

- Check that both devices are connected to the network.

- Restart the Solmio Cashier app by swiping from the left-hand side to the centre and selecting Power -> Close the app -> launch the Solmio cashier application.

- If this still does not help, restart the cash register and payment terminal. If you have a network device to which the cash registers are connected, you can also restart it if necessary.
