Sending Solmio cash logs to support

If something unusual has happened at the checkout and you want Solmio support to find out what caused the problem, you can send logs from the checkout using the following instructions. From the logs, Solmio cashier technicians can see what the cashier was doing when the error occurred.

  • Swipe from the left side of the cash register screen to the middle to bring up the menu.
  • Select settings and at the end of the list select About the app
  • Select send logs
  • Wait a few moments and check if the following text flashes on the screen logs were sent successfully
  • Then contact Solmio Cashier Support and let them know when the problem occurred, so our technicians can check the logs for the correct time. Please note that Solmio Cashier keeps 10 days of logs on the device. We are not able to see any problems that occurred after that date in the logs.
