If a product is missing from the product table in the checkout, but has been created in the system and activated
to the point of sale, it is still possible to sell the product from the checkout using the product search feature.
- To search for products, click on the three lines button in the top right corner and select "Search products" .
The product table is replaced by a product search view.
- Select the " Search by name, PLU or barcode " text box, enter the search term and press Done .
either enter part of the product name, PLU or barcode and the product search will display the results.
- Select the product you are looking for and it will appear in the receipt view.
- To start searching for a new product, first select the Clear button in the top right corner and
return to step 2.
- Press the close button to close the product search.
