Lost your cashier login credentials?

-We send our customers an email before they start using the cash register with the login to the Solmio HQ cloud service and the login to the cash register machine. 

-If the password has been changed or the email is lost, you can change the password via the Solmio HQ cloud service under Company -> Users -> Edit 

-If you have also lost your Solmio HQ cloud server credentials, you can call Solmio Cashier Support and we will be able to reset your password.
