-If you are unable to log in to the Solmio Cashier app and the application will display the following message "Something went wrong check your network connection", then check that you either have wifi on your device and connected to the network, or if you have a SIM card, then check that you have mobile data enabled. If these are on, then reboot the device. If the problem persists, then contact your Solmio POS provider.
-If you are unable to log in to the Solmio Cashier application and the application displays the following message "The device does not have an active licence", so ocontact your Solmio Cashier service provider to open a licence. The Solmio cashier application needs an active license to work. Either there is no licence or the licence has expired.
- If you are unable to log in to the Solmio Cashier app and the application will display the following message "The safety certificate is out of date. Please log in again", then press the on-screen buttons in the square (depending on the cash register manufacturer, there may also be 3 lines on top of each other) and close the Solmio app by swiping the Solmio checkout window to the side. Open the Solmio app and try to log in again. If not, check if the network connection is OK. If necessary, restart the entire cash register.
