CORRECTION OF TRANSACTIONS (CANCELLATION OF SALES AND REFUNDS)

Incorrect transactions can be reversed and refunded via the transaction history. Correct
finding the transaction is helped by the receipt number of the transaction to be corrected. .
- Swipe from the left edge of the screen to the centre.
- Open Event History .
- Select the transaction to be corrected/recovered from the list or search for it by receipt number.
- Press an event from the list, the selected row will be highlighted in blue.
- In the top right corner, select Fix us.
- Cash transactions are returned to the customer in cash, card payments are returned to the card.
- The POS application may ask you to print a receipt, select Yes , No or send receipt to customer
to your email.
- The corrected event will change to a pale red in the list. The event is followed by
the receipt number of the repair transaction. The repair event will appear in the list as a new line with a bright
in red text.
OFFLINE SALES
Things don't always go according to plan and the internet connection at the cash desk can go down. Even if the internet connection is
is broken, the Solmio cash register can still be used for cash sales, for example. Disconnection from the internet affects

- On the page that opens, press the text Event history storia to open a drop-down menu and select
Offline transactions to view transactions made offline.
- From the top right-hand corner of the Offline Transactions page that opens, you can send your own transactions
by selecting Update . The events you have sent will be updated in the cloud in Solmio HQ and in the
to the Event History page of the checkout application.
