To access the app's Options menu, swipe from the left edge of the screen to the centre. Options -
menu to view event history, daily reports, settings or exit the application.
TRANSACTION HISTORY, OFFLINE SALES & UNCONFIRMED
In the transaction history, you can see successful sales and cancellations of transactions made at the checkout.
From the drop-down menu on the Event History page, you can also view offline events and
Unverified card payment transactions.
- Swipe from the left edge of the screen to the centre.
- Select Event history from the menu .
- In the top left corner, you can search for transactions by receipt number.
- When a payment transaction is selected from the list, the top menu will display the RESULT and CORRECTION functions. .
The Print feature will reprint the transaction receipt. The Correction feature credits the transaction
a payment transaction. For more information on this, see section 9.2 Correcting payment transactions.
NOTE! Some card payment transactions require the original payment card to be credited.
- Press the Event History text to open the drop-down menu and select Offline events
to view transactions made offline.
- From the top right-hand corner of the Offline Transactions page that opens, you can send your own transactions
by selecting Update . Once you have submitted your events, they will be updated in the cloud in Solmio HQ and
to the Event History page of the checkout application.
NOTE! The POS device also updates offline events on its own over time. The update button
however, it is a faster way to update events to the cloud.
- Press the Offline events or Event history text to open the drop-down menu and select
Unverified to see card payment transactions that have not been verified by the POS application.
there is no certainty. The POS application will also notify you separately of unconfirmed transactions. Read
