Accounting report

Solmio HQ provides comprehensive reporting tools for company accounting and monitoring. All sales, payment and transaction data generated by the POS system are automatically transferred to the cloud, where they can be downloaded in a format suitable for the accountant.

With accounting reports, you can get a clear summary of sales for the day, week or month - for the whole herb or by outlet. The reports include breakdowns by tax rate, payment method and product group, making it easy to analyse sales and reconcile your accounts.

All information is always available in real time at hq.solmio.net.

With these tools, accounting figures are kept up to date and reporting is transparent both within the company and to the accountant.

This is how you retrieve an accounting report in the Reporting Service:

  1. Select Reports > Accounting reports
    • Select the points of sale (Shift down to select several or Ctrl down to select individual ones) and the desired period.

2. The report summarises data at company and outlet level

3. At the bottom of the page you can download the report In CSV format and open it, for example In Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice. CSV is a lightweight and compatible file format, ideal for accounting and sales tracking.
💡 Tip: If Excel does not display the columns correctly, open the file by selecting Information → About the text/CSV.
